At Benders Shoes our footwear employees are properly trained to provide you with a high level of customer service, to measure your feet, suggest footwear, and properly fit your footwear. Just visit you local Benders, no appointment is needed. This has been our high standard of customer service for 50 years.

If you are experiencing foot pain, struggling with Flat Feet, High Arches, Plantar Fasciitis, Arthritis, Diabetes, Neuropathy, Bunions, and/or Metatarsal Pain; schedule an advanced Foot Evaluation with Mike Nielsen, Certified Orthotist (C.PED)

There is no charge for advanced Foot Evaluations which are done in person at our retail stores. You will meet with Mike and discuss any pain and foot issues you are experiencing, and any medical information your doctor would like to pass along. Mike will evaluate your feet and work with you to provide the best possible footwear and fit for your specific needs.

As a Certified Orthotist, Mike has chosen to focus his patient care on pedorthics: the function and anatomy of the foot. He has specialized training to modify footwear and employ supportive devices to address conditions which affect the feet and lower limbs. They are an extension of the medical profession, not medical doctors, and will not diagnose.
